    Tim– I was blessed to recall this verse as you spoke on Sunday describing the believers blessing of knowing God’s gift of BELONG:

    Psalm 131:2 (New American Standard Bible)

    Surely I have composed and quieted my soul;
    Like a weaned child rests against his mother,
    My soul is like a weaned child within me.

    Blessings to you, as we all grow in experiencing this! Kay S.

  2. Mark Combs says:

    Wow..good meaty stuff Tim. This can be such a controversial and misunderstood subject but you did a great job in explaining it. I’ve often felt that the “Church” can grasp the Father and Son part to a degree but the Holy Spirit continues to unravel us. You statement that the Holy Spirit is a person and can be grieved, ignored, etc. is a point that I feel many Christians really don’t get. In the last couple of years I have begun speaking to the Holy Spirit in my prayer life and it has really helped me to begin seeing Him as a real person of the Trinity.

  3. Tim says:

    Someone commented that this diagram looks like a pentagram if you don’t look closely. If that’s true, then I encourage you to LOOK CLOSELY.
